This position is located in Jasper North Georgia Mountains 60 miles from Atlanta. The Registered Nurse (RN) utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients. The RN is responsible for maintaining the standards of practice; complying with established policy and procedure; coordinating patient care activities; managing supplies and equipment; and promoting collaboration with surgical and other staff. The RN will participate in supporting the facility's mission statement, achieving customer satisfaction, and identifying system problems as opportunities for improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with current Georgia licensure as a Registered Nurse. Demonstrated proficiency in skills applicable to emergency nursing. Current certification in BCLS and ACLS required. Preferred Qualifications: Two years recent clinical experience in critical care and/or PACU experience preferred with PALS. |
