High school graduate. Prior healthcare customer service, insurance billing and payment knowledge. Ability to use Windows programs such as MS Word and other software packages. Good English language, typing skills and good phone etiquette. Responsible for initiation of outbound calls to patients to collect specific information for the creation of an account in the STAR system. Maintaining quality and productivity requirements as outlined in the position performance expectations through use of the ONTRAC tools. |
