High school graduate. Two years of college study to include secretarial training and two years of executive secretarial experience. Experience may replace the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. Knowledge of MS Office products, and ability to learn other software packages as needs arise. Ability to take and produce minutes of meetings and type all material in a grammatically correct and accurate manner. Effective communication skills including telephone etiquette. Good interpersonal skills, including tact, discretion, and diplomacy to work effectively with others. High organizational skills needed. Ability to take initiative and use independent judgment. Ability to anticipate the needs of the CFO and to assist executive staff in a liaison capacity with CFO when appropriate. |
